Glam Polish Divine Cosmos and Infinite Wisdom

Hi Everyone! Today I would love to share with you my review and swatches of a couple of Glam Polish shades that are part of the Exotic Illusions Series. These two are my first introduction to the Glam Polish indie brand and I'm rather smitten. Does anyone still say smitten these days? It is the perfect word to describe how I feel about these beauties...

Divine Cosmos
A blue to purple duochrome filled with scattered holographic shimmer. Photos really don't do this beauty justice. It goes from blue to purple as one might expect of a duochrome, however, it seems to do it through the scattered blue and purple/violet shimmer which photos didn't quite capture. To me it looks like a purple with a strong blue shimmer despite the camera insisting it sees only blue. The formula on this is great. I used three thin, easy coats for swatches. For daily wear I could have stopped at 2, slightly thicker coats. Swatches are with a top coat...

The purple is more evident at the extreme angles...

We have been having such amazing weather around here lately that it seemed a shame not to sneak outside for a few photos. In the sunshine, the holo shimmer really comes out to play. It is mostly a scattered holo, but there is a hint of linear formation as well. Also, you can see more of the purple side of this shade that indoor photos don't capture. The photos are in late afternoon sun...

Infinite Wisdom
An emerald teal with gold glass fleck and holographic shimmer. Indoors it is more of a dark green, emerald shade and in the sunshine it appears more teal. Formula again is very nice and easy to apply. I used three thin coats for full coverage and again probably could have gotten away with two slightly thicker ones. Swatches are with a top coat...

The holographic shimmer really comes out to play in the sunshine. Once again, it contains mostly scattered holo, but there is visible linear formation of it as well...

Can anyone resist a good holo sparkle?
